Siemens Healthineers AG is seeking a Hemostasis Sales Specialist (Coagulation) to drive multi-year revenue growth across hospital systems and reference laboratories. You will lead enterprise sales cycles, develop territory growth plans, and cultivate C-suite sponsorship to position Siemens Healthineers as the preferred partner in hemostasis solutions.

The role requires deep clinical and commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to travel up to 75% to support customer needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive sales experience in clinical diagnostics, laboratory solutions, medical devices, or healthcare systems.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise sales engagements across hospital systems, IDNs, reference laboratories, and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex sales cycles including executive discovery and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with senior leaders.
• Build integrated value propositions tied to equipment, automation, and informatics.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions to deliver a coordinated enterprise strategy.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management and account planning.
