Qualifications

• Requires broad enterprise sales experience in diagnostics, lab solutions, or healthcare systems.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across clinical, operational, IT, and procurement.
• Demonstrated success in strategic account planning and multi-year revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and specialty growth strategies for Hemostasis (Coagulation).
• Lead complex sales cycles with executive discovery, business-case creation, and contract strategy.
• Cultivate executive sponsorship and trusted-advisor relationships with C-level and health-system leaders.
• Build integrated automation and informatics value propositions tied to Siemens equipment.
• Orchestrate matrixed team-selling motions across Diagnostics Sales, Strategic Accounts, and Service teams.
• Own disciplined commercial execution including funnel management and forecast accuracy.
• Support launch readiness and competitive intelligence for Hemostasis portfolio.
