Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Ohio seeks an experienced Enterprise Desktop Support technician to deliver tier 1 and 2 help-desk assistance, install and maintain PC desktops and printers, and resolve end-user tickets.

The role covers hardware repair, OS and application configuration, inventory management, and involvement in special projects, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm schedule; an associate degree and 4+ years of enterprise desktop support are required.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years enterprise desktop support.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise users with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues.
• Install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers.
• Work on end user support tickets and resolve them.
