Summit Racing Equipment in Tallmadge, OH, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC desktops, printers, and related peripherals, handling tier 1–2 tickets Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm in a collaborative environment.

4+ years enterprise desktop support experience.

Responsibilities

PC preparation, installation and maintenance.
Printer installation and configuration.
PC and printer hardware repair.
OS and application installation and configuration.
Maintain necessary inventory of spare parts.
Perform software and hardware audits.
PC Network configuration.
Project planning and documentation.
Perform advanced PC troubleshooting.
Provide excellent customer service.
