Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment in Tallmadge, OH, is seeking an experienced Enterprise Desktop Support Technician to join our IT team. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot PC desktops, printers, and related peripherals, handling tier 1–2 tickets Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm in a collaborative environment.

This role requires an Associate degree in Electronics or Computer Technology and 4+ years of enterprise desktop support experience, strong customer service skills, and a proactive approach to

Job description

In this position, you will support the enterprise users and computers with tier 1 and tier 2 technical issues. You will install and maintain PC Desktop hardware and printers. You will have involvement in special projects. You will work on and resolve end user support tickets.

• Perform software and hardware audits

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Associates Degree in Electronics or Computer Technology or equivalent experience. 4+ years enterprise desktop support.

SHIFT:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am -5pm
