Placements24 is seeking a proactive Helpdesk Analyst to join its IT support team in Queenstown. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, providing timely assistance to end-users and ensuring minimal business disruption.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in IT support, strong Windows and Office knowledge, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This on-site role offers stability and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are advantageous.
• Proven experience working in an IT support or helpdesk environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic network concepts.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
• Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, and the helpdesk ticketing system .
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior IT staff or relevant vendors.
