Archbold in Georgia is seeking a Service Desk Analyst for IS Corporate Services to support healthcare applications, EHR systems, Microsoft 365, and endpoint devices in a hybrid on-site/remote role. The position emphasizes customer service, incident management, and adherence to HIPAA and security policies, with after-hours on-call rotations and ongoing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred in IT/healthcare IT.
• 1–3 years of service desk/help desk experience required.
• Experience with healthcare applications and EHR systems preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred.
• Certifications: Network+/Security+ or HDI SCA or Microsoft certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and utilize SD+ software for incidents, requests, problems, and change tracking.
• Participate in major incident responses and communicate with end users during service interruptions.
• Support accounts management tasks including password resets, access provisioning, identity verification, and security policy compliance.
• Assist with healthcare applications, clinical workflows, EHR systems, and related technologies.
• Participate in after-hours on-call and emergency support rotations.
• Promote exceptional customer service through clear communication and effective resolution.
• Complete annual education core requirements.
