Job summary

Archbold Medical Center is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support IS Corporate Services in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote). You will handle incidents, requests, and changes, assist with healthcare applications and EHR systems, and collaborate with clinical and IT teams to ensure service continuity.

The role requires 1–3 years of service desk experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and a customer-focused approach. Some after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher preferred in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of Service Desk experience required.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications and EHR systems preferred.
• CompTIA A+ certification preferred; other related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and utilizes SD+ software for incidents, requests, problems, and change tracking.
• Participates in major incident response activities and serves as a communication point between technical teams and end users.
• Support accounts management activities including password resets, access provisioning, identity verification, and security policy compliance.
• Assists with implementation and support of healthcare applications, clinical workflows, EHR systems, and ancillary clinical technologies.
• Occasional after-hours, on-call, weekend, holiday, and emergency support rotations as required.
• Promotes exceptional customer service through professional communication and effective issue resolution.
• Complete annual education core requirements.
