Brightli is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist end-users with software and hardware questions, troubleshoot issues, and perform routine maintenance across multiple locations. You will train staff, maintain training materials, and coordinate with Administration on system changes.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ideal candidates have an AAS or equivalent and at least 1 year of related experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office and common

Formación

• Associates of Applied Science Degree or equivalent; 1 year of experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and standard business software.

Responsabilidades

• Record end-user support issues/questions and provide timely assistance with software and hardware.
• Schedule and conduct one-on-one and group training to improve end-user skills.
• Maintain end-user training materials and manuals both in print and online.
• Troubleshoot complex user issues and communicate updates to staff.
• Perform routine hardware maintenance and replace parts as needed.
• Assist with installation and maintenance of voice/data networks and workstations.
