Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a help desk or IT support.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Experience with RMM tools and PSA ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for service requests.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows and Microsoft 365.
• Manage tickets effectively and document all work.
• Respond to and triage RMM alerts.
• Travel to client sites for onsite support.
