The role involves providing technology help desk support for hardware, software, networking, VOIP, and email, with both in-person and phone assistance. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in help desk or desktop support, relevant certificate or associate degree, strong knowledge of Microsoft products and AD, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Help Desk/Desktop support.
• Certificate or Associate degree in Technology or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft suite and servers listed.
• Excellent communication skills; problem solving; positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Occasional travel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support to all employees for hardware, software, network infrastructure, phone/VOIP systems, internet connectivity, email.
• Support in person and by phone.
• Troubleshooting problems and implementing solutions on an individual basis and as part of a team.
• Purchasing, set up, deployment, and maintenance of all hardware and software.
• Participating in rotating on-call schedule, including regular shifts providing 24-hour support services.
• Occasional travel required.
