Qualifications

• 2+ years of Help Desk/Desktop support experience.
• Associates degree or computer-related certificate.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, network, VOIP and email systems.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions; work individually and on a team.
• Purchase, deploy, and maintain hardware/software; participate in on-call schedule.
