The ideal candidate has 2+ years of help desk or desktop support experience, an Associate's degree in technology or equivalent, and strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Exchange, and Active Directory.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support to all employees for hardware, software, network, phone/VOIP, email, etc.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions individually or as part of a team.
• Procurement, setup, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour support.
• Occasional travel may be required.
