Job summary

EMSL Analytical, Inc. in Cinnaminson, NJ is seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer to provide on-site and phone-based IT support for hardware, software, and network systems. The role includes troubleshooting, deployment, and participation in a 24-hour on-call schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of Help Desk/Desktop experience, an Associate degree in technology, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required occasionally; the position is full-time with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Help Desk/Desktop support.
• Associate degree or equivalent in technology.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows OS and servers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to solve problems and work independently or in a team.
• Occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology help desk support to all employees for hardware, software, network, and phone/VOIP systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions individually or as part of a team.
• Purchase, set up, deploy, and maintain hardware and software.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour support.
• Occasional travel required.
