EMSL Analytical, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Support Engineer in Cinnaminson, NJ to provide comprehensive IT support for hardware, software, networks and VOIP systems. The role includes hands-on problem solving, on-call rotation, and occasional travel.

The candidate should have 2+ years in Help Desk/Desktop support, an appropriate technology certificate or associate degree, and strong communication skills. Employment offers full-time benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Help Desk/Desktop support.
• AA/AS in Technology or computer certificate or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2008-2016, Exchange 2013, Active Directory.
• Experience with Fortigate, LIMS, VoIP systems, VMware is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk support to all employees for hardware, software, network, and VOIP systems, in person or by phone.
• Troubleshoot problems and implement solutions individually or in a team.
• Purchase, setup, deployment, and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule for 24-hour support.
• Occasional travel may be required.
