Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services, Inc. is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to perform installation, support, and maintenance of PCs and software across LAN/WAN environments.

You will assist users with software problems and hardware issues, ensuring efficient operation of centralized host systems. The role requires 2+ years of related experience, an associate degree in computer technology, and excellent communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in computer technology or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Two (2) or more years related work experience; minimum 1 year in microcomputer hardware and peripherals repair with exposure to Microsoft network environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong customer service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve problems in a timely, courteous manner.
• Troubleshoot and document problems; guide resolution based on severity.
• Assist with hardware/software installations and PC maintenance, including VoIP issues.
• Monitor IT systems and communicate updates to users and management.
