Required Skills:

• Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
• A Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree with 0-2 years of experience or HS and 8 years of experience is required.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately document technical issues.
• Work well under pressure, demonstrate the ability to multi-task, and be able to meet deadlines.
• Pass the CompTIA Network+ within ninety days of hire if not already obtained.
