The role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, and phone issues, maintaining asset records, and guiding users through training on software and devices while escalating complex problems to senior staff as needed. This full-time on-site position includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in CS or related field.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in Windows 11, Office 365, and SharePoint Online.
• Networking (CompTIA) and basic Windows Server infrastructure.
• Understanding virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware, Citrix).

Responsibilities

• Field help desk calls and support day-to-day end-user computer operations.
• Log and track requests using ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.
• Support end-user computer hardware, software, and phones.
• Maintain Asset Tracking database.
• Assist in user training on software and devices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps for knowledge base and SOPs.
• Follow Coating Place cGMP and safety practices.
