Job summary

COATING PLACE LLC in Verona, WI is seeking an IT Support/Help Desk person for an onsite, 1st shift role. The position pays $20–$30 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a 8-4:30 schedule, Mon-Fri. You’ll field help desk calls, support end-user devices, and log requests in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus.

Onsite role with growth in a GMP-conscious environment. Requirements include an Associate's degree in CS or related field, strong communication and customer service skills, and proficiency with

• Associate degree in computer science or related field or currently enrolled.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Windows 11, Office 365 and SharePoint Online.
• Foundational networking and virtualization knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Field help desk calls and log requests in ServiceDesk Plus.
• Support end-user hardware, software, and phones.
• Maintain asset tracking database.
• Assist in user training on software and devices.
• Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps for knowledge base and SOPs.
