You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues to keep staff productive, covering desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and Active Directory management.

The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, clear communication, and the ability to handle multiple tickets in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT support or help desk experience.
• Strong Windows desktop support skills.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Clear, patient communication — comfortable explaining technical issues to non‑technical staff.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tickets at once.
• Ability to work in both office and production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for Windows desktops and laptops.
• Support mobile devices and shop‑floor computers.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, phones, & barcode scanners.
• Manage user accounts and group memberships in Active Directory.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
• Troubleshoot network and application issues impacting production.
• Support conference room and A/V systems.
• Assist with Windows servers and virtual machines.
• Maintain documentation for issues, fixes, and procedures.
