Responsibilities

• Answer helpdesk requests via phone, email, and tickets.
• Document steps, resolutions, and communications in the system.
• Route issues to appropriate IT staff per procedures.
• Provide initial troubleshooting and reference approved resources.
• Monitor and follow up on open tickets daily.
• Maintain records of actions and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to IT personnel as needed.
• Assist with purchasing docs and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Mentor student workers and cross-train with IT staff.
• Travel to other college sites and attend training as required.
