Job summary

Jackson County, MO's Information Technology team seeks a Help Desk Specialist to handle IT Service Center requests, installing and troubleshooting hardware and software across workstations. You will work directly with end users, delivering excellent customer service and timely resolutions, and you will install and configure desktop applications, client OS software and upgrades.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, three years of related experience, CompTIA A+ certification,
