Innosoft Corporation is seeking an experienced Help Desk Support & Automation Specialist to provide first-line technical support at its Columbia, SC location. You will resolve help desk requests, troubleshoot network to endpoint issues, and document procedures.

The role emphasizes automation opportunities using PowerShell and Power Automate, cross-training, and developing SOPs, with a background check required for a secure juvenile facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience; 4 add'l years if HS, 2 add'l years if Associate.
• 10+ years of IT troubleshooting and help desk experience.
• 10+ years of experience with ticketing software.
• Experience with network-to-endpoint issues.

Responsabilités

• Serve as first point of contact for help desk requests and rotate call queue coverage.
• Troubleshoot network, endpoint, and user access issues.
• Perform password resets and assist users with common technical problems.
• Support staff in education, medical, and facility operations.
• Record, track, and resolve requests using a ticketing system.
• Work with Help Desk Manager to capture processes and knowledge.
