The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (DJJ) is seeking an IT support professional to provide frontline hardware and software assistance in a secure environment. You will troubleshoot Tier 1 issues, manage devices, and contribute to automation and efficiency improvements across IT operations.

You will utilize tools like Power Automate, SharePoint, and DeskPro, and you will help automate reports and data handling for agency-wide projects.

Competenze

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree may substitute for experience.
• Basic to moderate knowledge of common applications, OSes, and end-user equipment.
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Flow (Power Automate) and SharePoint preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide frontline hardware and software support to DJJ employees.
• Support agency computers, mobile devices, scanners, printers, and standard software.
• Document and route Tier 1 issues to Tier 2 via Deskpro.
• Identify and implement automation to improve IT operations.
• Develop and test automated solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, and scripts.
• Assist with automating reports and data handling for IT projects.
• Monitor improvements in efficiency and customer service.
• Assist in testing applications prior to deployment.
• Maintain and improve the DeskPro ticket system and electronic documentation.
• Contribute to SharePoint site development for IT data.
