Job summary

TKDA is seeking a Project Manager / Professional Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience managing large heavy industrial portfolios. The role focuses on managing design, delivery, and commissioning across mining, mineral processing, aggregate, and metals sectors.

You will lead teams through facility design, demolition, and plant/site operations, ensuring technical integrity, quality, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Professional Engineer with ten or more years of progressive technical design experience focusing on industrial ventilation, dust collection, HVAC, pumping, and piping.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline project teams from conception through construction.
• Scope project requirements, lead design efforts, verify calculations and equipment sizing.
• Prepare technical specifications and reports; mentor junior staff.
• Collaborate with market managers and leadership on business development and proposals.
