Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Engineer II to serve as the technical information source on construction documents, subcontracts, and purchase orders. You will respond to questions about drawings and change orders, and may assist with supervising Field Engineers.

This role progresses through three steps to recognize increasing responsibility on larger projects. The position emphasizes close collaboration with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, with a pathway

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and the interplay with other functions.
• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent training, plus 3–4 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand PMP components and change management for project execution.
• Develop procurement schedule and integrate with CPM schedule; review submittals.
• Administer contracts and budgets; control costs within approved budget.
