• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and related standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise/train field engineers.

Responsibilities

• Understand and apply the project management plan and change management process.
• Develop procurement and CPM schedule, coordinate submittals and cost control.
• Administer contracts, budgets, and close-out requirements; manage logs and meetings.
• Identify potential claims and mitigate impacts; maintain as-built documents.
