Sundt Construction is seeking a Project Engineer II to serve as the technical source of information for the project, with solid knowledge of construction documents, subcontracts, and buy orders. You will support owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and may help supervise Field Engineers.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology and related codes/standards.
• Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent with 3–4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to supervise Field Engineer positions if needed.

Responsibilities

• Understand the project management plan and change management process.
• Develop a procurement schedule and integrate with the CPM schedule; coordinate submittals.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and change orders with timely updates.
• Maintain As-built docs, close-out requirements, and logs for project records.
• Assist with supervision and training of project team members.
