Job summary

Herc Rentals is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to identify, develop, and nurture relationships within the assigned territory. The role aims to generate revenue for the branch and company, with opportunities for growth through strategic sales planning and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Promotions, Advertising Sales or Business Administration preferred.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in industrial market and/or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Daily territory management and revenue growth through visits to customer job sites/offices.
• Develop a networking list of potential clients and contact them by phone and internet.
• Develop, plan and organize sales strategies to achieve goals.
• Maintain and exceed quotas by renting and selling equipment.
• Identify customer needs and respond while understanding market conditions and pricing.
