Rumpke Waste and Recycling in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate bulldozers, graders, excavators, backhoes, and other heavy equipment at our MSW and recycling sites. The role involves on-site work, daily inspections, and coordination with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient on heavy equipment.
• Must pass written and operational tests for each equipment.
• Must complete hazardous waste training as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform safe operation of heavy equipment (bulldozers, graders, excavators, backhoes, loaders, dump trucks).
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubrication and cleaning of equipment.
• Operate equipment for site prep, earth moving, landscaping, snow removal, and related tasks.
