Qualifications

• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and ability to learn new computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all service department work orders are opened, maintained, and closed efficiently.
• Oversee service and warranty work orders and assist in shop workflow.
• Check-in equipment for repair and assist customers.
