Milea Auto Group is hiring a Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor to join our commercial truck service team. This role focuses on direct interaction with fleet customers, writing repair orders, and explaining repairs.

Qualifications

• Experience in trucking industry is required.
• Heavy-Duty Truck Service Advisor or Service Writer experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of commercial trucks and repair.
• Organized and dependable; able to manage multiple customer needs.
• College degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with commercial truck customers and fleet accounts.
• Write repair orders and document service concerns.
• Explain repairs, maintenance, estimates, and recommendations.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with technicians, Parts, warranty, and management.
• Help keep repairs moving efficiently and customers on the road.
