Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is partnering with a global medical technology leader to recruit a Territory Manager in Massachusetts. You will drive adoption of heart failure therapies, develop new business, and expand utilization across implanting centers and community hospitals.

The role blends clinical credibility with strong relationship skills to grow territory revenue, while traveling frequently to support customers and ensure successful product integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% within territory, including some overnight case support.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy adoption and expand utilization across assigned accounts.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and business-focused presentations to support adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational programs on hemodynamics, guidelines, and clinical evidence.
• Provide procedural support and post-implementation troubleshooting as needed.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives and execute quarterly business plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, training, and commercial excellence teams.
• Monitor territory performance and sales pipeline activity.
