Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is partnering with a global medical technology leader to hire a Territory Manager in the Los Angeles area. You will drive therapy adoption, develop new business opportunities, and expand utilization across implanting centers and community hospitals, blending clinical credibility with strong commercial execution.

Travel 60–70% within the territory; a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience are required, with a track record of quota attainment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience; 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred.
• Track record of ≥100% to quota for 2 consecutive years.
• Success opening 3–5+ net-new accounts/year or expanding underdeveloped accounts.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement, insurance coverage, and payer dynamics.
• Strong executive presence.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% within territory, including overnight and case support.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, heart failure clinics, administrators, and key decision makers.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and business-focused presentations to support therapy adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan and execute educational programs on hemodynamics, guidelines, and clinical evidence.
• Provide procedural support and post-implementation troubleshooting as needed.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales objectives and quarterly plans.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, training, and commercial teams.
• Monitor territory performance, customer engagement, and sales pipeline activity.
• Conduct regular business reviews with strategic accounts and collaborate with clinical field partners.
