Job summary

TSP Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager for a leading medical technology organization to drive adoption of heart failure therapies and expand presence across implanting centers and community hospitals.

The role blends clinical credibility with sales acumen, requiring 3–5 years of healthcare sales experience and travel up to 70%. Base salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 with potential car allowance and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience, preferably in cardiology/structural heart.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota for 2+ years.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with physicians, heart failure clinics, admins, and decision makers.
Deliver clinical, technical, and business presentations to support therapy adoption.
Lead pricing, contract negotiations, and value-based discussions.
Plan and run educational programs on hemodynamics, guidelines, and biomarkers.
Provide procedural support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
Achieve territory sales objectives and execute quarterly plans.
Collaborate with marketing, training, and commercial teams.
Monitor performance, engagement, and sales pipeline.
