TSP Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager in Springfield, MA to drive therapy adoption across implanting centers and community hospitals. You will develop new business opportunities and expand utilization of heart failure solutions, blending commercial acumen with clinical credibility.

The role requires travel 60–70%, strong relationship-building, contract negotiations, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and training teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct healthcare sales experience.
• 2+ years in cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding quota for two consecutive years.
• Willingness to travel 60–70% within territory, including overnight stays.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospital decision makers.
• Deliver clinical, technical, and business presentations to drive therapy adoption.
• Lead pricing discussions, negotiations, and value-based conversations.
• Plan educational programs on hemodynamics and guideline-directed medical therapy.
• Provide procedural support and post-implementation troubleshooting.
• Meet or exceed territory sales objectives and execute quarterly plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, training and commercial teams.
• Maintain forecasts, activity reports, and competitive intelligence.
