CaptionCall is seeking a caring, customer-service oriented Installer/Trainer for in-home training of customers in the Washington, DC area. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling and potential career growth, with travel <25% and independent work in customers' homes.

The position emphasizes installing and troubleshooting CaptionCall phones, training users on features, and promoting the service. Experience in customer service, sales, and hearing-health settings is preferred.

• Willingness to drive and travel to customer locations as needed.

Responsabilités

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers' homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service to customers.
• Create lead generation activities and referrals.
• Attend trade shows and events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to support local installations.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
