Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building with patients and clinicians.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; HIPAA knowledge with EMR/EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive, professional attitude.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
• Verify insurance benefits and authorization.
• Process patient payments and handle deposits.
• Maintain patient files and records.
• Assist with inventory management and supplies.
• Support event planning and community outreach monthly.
