Job summary

Sonova USA Inc. in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Hearing Care Coordinator to work closely with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care and service.

You will schedule appointments, verify insurance benefits, and assist with clinic support and patient needs. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a pay range of $22.00–$23.00 per hour plus a sales incentive bonus, and benefits including 401K with company match, medical/dental/vision coverage, PTO, and employee hearing aid discounts.

Qualifications

• Professional verbal and written communication with patients and staff.
• Strong relationship building with patients and physicians.
• Experience with HIPAA regulations and privacy.
• EMR/EHR experience is a plus for charting and scheduling.
• Prior exposure to hearing aids or audiology is a plus.
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment or patient-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments; handle follow-ups.
• Verify insurance benefits and process authorizations.
• Assist with payments, filing, and practice operations.
• Support hearing care professionals and assist with patient needs.
• Maintain patient records and support inventory and events.
