Qualifications

• 2+ years in a health care environment is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Prior experience/knowledge with hearing aids is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a positive and professional attitude.
• Collect patient intake forms and maintain patient files.
• Complete benefit checks and authorizations for patients' insurance.
• Provide support to patients and answer questions.
• Assist with event planning for community outreach.
