Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior hearing aid experience is a plus.
• 2+ years in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients with a professional attitude.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups for hearing tests and consultations.
• Verify insurance benefits and authorizations.
• Assist with payments and patient intake forms.
• Process orders and manage inventory as needed.
• Support with community outreach events (at least 1 per month).
