The Hearing Ambassador role at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Overland Park, KS focuses on assisting licensed dispensers, engaging customers, and driving growth through outreach and relationship building.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
Experience working with PC hardware and software.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
Set the stage for full test and sales interactions with Members.
Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
Assist with scheduling return visits and referrals as needed.
Promote HAC at Sam’s Club events and center activities.
Work primarily in HAC while spending ~95% of time walking and engaging with customers.
