Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support licensed dispensers at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Denton, TX. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and help grow the business through community outreach.

This on-site role requires strong customer service and sales experience, plus comfort with scheduling software. You will spend 95% of time in-club activities, connecting with members and promoting products and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and general computer knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organization, problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Previous experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems and scheduling software.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of Hearing Aid Center products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and potential full purchases when interacting with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing-aid products when appropriate.
• Contribute to a 50% increase in non-hearing aid product sales.
• Learn and use the handheld screener as a lead intercept tool.
• Assist with calling past tested Members for visits or referrals as needed.
• Promote HAC during Sam's club events and center events.
• Based in HAC but spend most time in-club walking and test setting.
