Job summary

NationsBenefits is recruiting a Hearing Ambassador for the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in Ft. Worth, TX. This on-site role focuses on engaging customers, educating about hearing wellness, scheduling appointments, and supporting growth through community outreach.

You will conduct outbound calls, promote products, and help achieve sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service and proper scheduling procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Make 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and existing customers.
• Schedule tests and appointments for hearing aid specialists.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Aim for increased non-hearing aid product sales.
• Assist in outreach at events and clubs to raise awareness.
