Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers at the Sam’s Club Hearing Aid Center in El Paso, TX. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule tests, and support growth through community outreach and relationship building.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, sales experience, and ability to call on prospects and members to set up appointments and promote products. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with PC hardware and software and scheduling tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience scheduling patient/customer appointments.
