Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
• Ability to schedule and manage appointments with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist licensed dispenser and engage customers at the Hearing Aid Center.
• Educate individuals about hearing wellness and schedules appointments.
• Complete 30–50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate to members.
• Spend 95% of time walking/working at the club and in the center to set tests.
