Job summary

NationsBenefits is a healthcare fintech provider seeking a Hearing Ambassador to assist licensed dispensers, engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through community outreach at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Round Rock, TX.

The role requires a high school diploma and strong customer service, sales or retail experience, plus PC literacy, excellent communication, and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong customer service, sales or retail experience.
• Experience with scheduling and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full purchases when interacting with members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when applicable.
• Assist with outreach and event promotion to drive engagement.
• Will be based in HAC but spend most time in the club and testing workflow.
