Job summary

NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Pueblo, CO. You will engage customers, educate on hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and support growth through outreach.

You will perform outbound calls, help meet daily test goals, and promote related products while building relationships with members. This on-site role requires strong customer service and sales experience, excellent communication, and comfort with basic computer systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Experience with scheduling appointments.

Responsibilities

• Have a working knowledge of all Hearing Aid Center (HAC) products and services.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective and/or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote and sell non-hearing aid products when appropriate.
• Will spend 95% of time walking/working the club, intercepting, and setting tests.
