Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support hearing health needs.
• Schedule appointments and generate qualified leads.
• Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to customers.
• Promote products and services beyond hearing aids when appropriate.
• Support community outreach and build customer relationships.
• Spend 95% of time on the floor walking and engaging with members.
