Job summary

NationsBenefits, LLC is seeking a Hearing Ambassador to support the licensed dispenser at the Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Saginaw, MI. You will engage members, educate about hearing wellness, schedule appointments, and drive growth through community outreach and customer relationship building.

This on-site role emphasizes outbound calls, test scheduling, product promotion beyond hearing aids, and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with patient/customer appointment scheduling and basic computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Have working knowledge of HAC products and services.
• Set the stage for tests and full hearing aid purchases with Members.
• Complete 30-50 outbound calls daily to prospective or existing customers.
• Secure a minimum of 4 immediate or scheduled full hearing tests daily.
• Promote non-hearing aid products when appropriate to Members.
